I wish we could force the media to replay 9-11 footage as often as they slap those damn prison pictures in our faces. The actions of a few don't warrant the attention given - while the blow that struck us on 9-11 should NEVER be forgotten or minimized.

Thank you - All of you - the armed forces that slapped back with operation Enduring Freedom, and ALL of the GOOD that has come from it since.

Your sacrifices and patriotism have not gone uncared for - Despite what the media tries to say.

The prisoners in Abu Gharib had nothing to do with 9-11. How about we just go up to Canada and kick the crap out of them becuase the terrorists happened to come through there?

Now I want to abuse some innocent civilians just because I am angry. Hopefully they are muslim. If not, as long as I don't understand what they are saying or why they are wearing the clothes they wear, they will do.

It is not cynicism, so much as sarcasm. I am pointing out that watching emotion filled video images of destrctuion and then getting all hopped up to get "revenge" is not a healthy way to handle the problem.

It results in unilateral agression and unsupported wars with no end. See what I mean? Smile

People need to understand that this was an isolated group of individuals that attacked us. I do not believe that Saddam Hussein had anything to do with it. I do not think Iraq supported Al Quida like the Taliban did.

I do not agree with the strategy of steamrolling countries to stop terrorism. I think we are creating more terrorists than ever existed before. We need a new paradigm. Israel has proven that the heavy handed approach does not solve the problem.
