In Chapter 7 on page 130, O'neil refers to a FBI report that is published on the internet. Does anyone know ewhere this can be viewed?

The citations seem very disturbing to me and I wan't to learn more.

The files were interesting and added some background to my understanding of Kerry's post vietnam activities. The files were huge, took a while to download, and contained much extraneous stuff unrelated to Kerry. It is interesting to see the extent of the efforts the FBI expended on the VVAW, on Kerry and his friends.
