Okay, I know this might be a little far out there. However, we know that Kerry was anti-war at Yale. Did he meet with any communists while there? Does anyone have any leads?

Well I don't know about Kerry directly. But the VVAW as an organization seemed to be caught in the act of reporting ship deployments, unit movements, and so on. See this thread.
