Kerry would have left Saddam in power. Which means the Oil for Food program could still be funding Al Qaeda if Kerry had his way. Check these links out.

You are very right. According to a Fox News expose on the UN issue and the "Food for Oil" scandal this past Sunday evening at 9:00 p.m. it was said that the money made from the ""Food for Oil" is still funding Usama Bin Laden and his terrorist groups. How horribly scarry.
