True - but his posts are often hilarious...and this one was deadly serious and deadly accurate. I agree with him - the Dems are out to steal the election, and retain power any way they can. |
That was a GREAT post!! My sister has asked me to email my niece and nephew who are early 30s about why they should vote. One did register recently so there may be hope for him, amazing what strange things becoming a parent will make you do. Both dislike Kerry but don't agree with Bush 100%, especially when it comes to the borders and the debt. They ask why should they vote, their vote doesn't mean anything? Watching things this week, I can see why a young person would not be excited about being part of the democratic process, it isn't very pretty right now and maybe that is part of the goal of the Democrats. As far as Bush not being perfect, my answer to them is that unless Jesus himself is running, they will have to settle on a flawed human. Since one lives in Georgia and one in Tennessee and Bush will easily win those electoral votes, it is hard to argue with them about how much do their votes really count. So I was thinking about what to write them, what to say. That post may say it all and the cool name will appeal to them more than a stuffy old aunt. Thanks for posting that! |
