Too bad we aren't a battleground state, Dubya will win here without breaking a sweat.

Texans know what's what! When I moved here in 1983 this was a solid Democrat state, now it is a solid Republican state. The old Yellow Dog Democrats are now mostly Blue Dog Republicans. It's not that they've changed, it's that their party changed.
Plus, whenever the commie-Dems mention Texas these days, it's in an insulting way.

There ya go ! That's why the media won't report the huge crowds for Bush...Only exagerate(sp?) the numbers in attendence for Kerry.

Those pictures are UNBELIEVABLE! That is so cool, and so exciting! Thank you for sharing them with us, and I hope rtdf's sis gets some good ones also. What an enjoyable thread. Nice to just read some good, upbeat news.

As for the Democrats only mentioning Texas in a derogatory way, that is not new. We have been putting up with that crap since 2000. Ask us if we care.

I was doing some political work in New England last week, but I always like to just get out and mix in and around with folks. I like to talk to people outside the political forum. It was interesting (and a little amusing) to see the fear that comes into some people's eyes when I tell them I am from Texas. I can always tell they are Kerry supporters, just by the look the get on their faces from just hearing I am from Texas. They look like this: Shocked And they actually act scared. Pretty funny.

The only Kerry stickers I see here are down by the People's Republic of Austin, near UT. The same negative integers with the "Americans for Peace" yard signs. Keep up the good work, everyone. You all rock! Very Happy

The above link is for the September 6, 2004
Bush/Cheney Labor Day Rally at Poplar Bluff

The crowd is enormous ! Watch the first 5 min. if you can't watch the whole thing.

In contrast Kerry has a rally on the same day - you only have to watch about the first 3 minutes to get a fix on the size of his crowd.
