No, they're mostly from www.sacredcowburgers.com - I only made up the band-aid one.
I'm sure the President has seen the must-not-laugh one. He gets summaries of what's out here. 
You can right click on any of the graphics and click "Save Picture As..." and navigate to a place on your hard drive to save the picture.
Then, when you're emailing, with a new email open, you click on "Attach" (or whatever you click to get an attachment)
Navigate to that picture on your hard drive, highlight it and click "Open" or Save," or whatever. Your attachment will show up on your email and go out with it.
You need to be careful about sending out email pictures, though - if the recipient is on a dialup connection, they won't appreciate large picture files. But, none of those that I linked should cause problems for anyone even on a very slow modem.
Keep it less than 250-300KB and you should be okay with anyone.
If you know they're on cable, you can send multiple-megabyte files and it won't hurt a thing.

i have a campaign button that i wish i could show a picture of.
it has the Iraqi Minister of Information in uniform with Kerry
next to him in the same uniform and beret and says "John Kerry for
president or Minister of Information of Iraq"
i actually have to EXPLAIN it to most people...
