P Hearts #'s and dates

Maybe this has been brought up before - On Kerry's Offical Naval Records page under the link for - Military Service Awards - If you scroll down to the "Suitable For Framing" awards for the 2nd & 3rd awards of the PH, The one for action dated Feb 20th (which would be 2nd PH) has typed in - Gold Star in Lieu of Third, The one for action dated March 13th (which would be 3rd PH) has typed in - Gold Star in Lieu of Second.
I understand that these ARE typo's, but isn't Kerry suppose to have these corrected and not to be displaying any known false documents?
