Hence their desire to juxtapose John O'Neill's serious treatment with the ripoff Bush hit piece thrown together by "Texans for Truth".
It should be noted, however, that Brian Lamb's "Booknotes" program (now scheduled to end a 15 year run in December) declined to offer UFC the same level of in-depth review afforded to the likes of Maureen Dowd's "Bushworld: Enter At Your Own Risk" on August 8, 2004. |
At the end of the day they all come out of the same flaming, boiling liberal pot ...with a few notable exceptions! It's up to us to keep 'em honest...Radio and the Blogosphere are a couple of the tools at our disposal! |

Bless John, he is a better man than me. I don't have the temperment to put up with the shills in that audience. Love the way he is handling those losers! |

Though he now claims otherwise he admitted to Medvid that his seed money was MoveOn.Org. Grass in search of a root. His book is a xerox of Bush's records (which does Bush no dis-service but having no military service he's clueless) with some 30 pages of Dem/CBS talking points. His first ad uses CBS video. John connecting this joker to Rathergate and McAuliffe is right-on. |

And drunks! Good Lord, that last man in the flowery shirt and the long rambling questions about knowing about 9-11 in advance so that Halliburton could profit?
HE obviously hasn't heard about tin hats, yet. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

I just finished watching John and the author of Unfit Commander in their debate from PJ's in Houston on C Span. Wow John you did yourself and all Viet Vets proud! You kept your cool and not only held your own but absolutely destroyed the arguments being thrown at you by an obviously weighted and ill informed audience.
Keep up the fight! We are close. Nine days left to go.

So, Glenn Smith is not only a plagiarising opportunist, he's also a liar?
How odd that the had the nerve to say that John O'Neill is the liar.
And yes, tying "Unfit Commander" to RAthERGATE was a smart move - maybe Smith just hoped that everyone would forget about the timing aspect of his little 527? _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

Mr. O’Neil was awesome under fire!
(The misinformed babbling drunks were out in force)
You knew Glenn Smith was crumbling and had no factual ammo when the personal attacks against Mr. O’Neil began…
Under different circumstances the incoherent questions presented by the audience would be humorous. Unfortunately those drunks were spouting the same dribble fed to them by Kerry, Dean and the rest of the “we’ll say and do anything to get elected party”
Drunk or not they all sound the same…
Awesome job Mr. O’Neil! |

Re: Navy³
Do you mean that beer-bellied, flowery-shirted, sunglasses-on-head,
Maynard G. Krebs impressionist? In Georgia, we have a name
for folks like that, we call 'em 'drunks.'
Seriously, I've been waiting a long time for O'Neill to be allowed to
talk without someone trying to shout him down. In this forum,
he was allowed to do just that-- atleast for the first 20 minutes or so.
He's just amazing! _________________

Ummm yeah.. I'm not going to refute anything John said. I'll just regurgitate that the LA Times said he was full of sheet.
What a maroon that guy was. |
