Where does this stand? I was under the impression it was resolved last week by using the argument that votes for Nader would be considered write-in votes, allowing the use of the first absentee ballot forms. To me, it seemed to be a very sensible solution.

I wrote the gov and asked that they extend the date for receiving and counting the absentee ballets for the Servicemen/woman. Hope others will as well
