Do the candidates personally foot the bill for the 10,000 plus lawyers readying themslves to chase voters (instead of ambulances)?

Kerry's lawyers don't charge a dime to him for all their dirty work. they can always increase the tort tax later on if Kerry wins..
They know 4 more yars with BUSH will slash their embezzlement picks faster in one year than Clinton killed doctor's lives in the 90's.
