Any state flag may be flown at equal height, not above, but must be to left of US flag

As a former resident of Dallas, but a non-Texan native --- I would apply for immediate political amnesty. Maybe I could get priority for admission.

I was born in dallas and live in a burb. I love texas, it has such an interesting culture and history. My husband is from the midwest and he fell in love with texas the minute he got here. He became what my dad called a "galvinized texan"., seriously, my hubby thinks of texas as his home . I'm proud to say that, as we say her in texas. Very Happy
we also don't get too many people moving here for our liberal welfare benefits b/c we don't have liberal welfare benefits. Shocked
