Joe Biden, the dumbest mann in the Senate. This guy makes Madeline Halfbright look bright. Biden is a 5W bulb in a 150W world. She was at least 15W. Shades of Warren Christopher, Clinton/Carter animated corpse who served with indistiction. I wonder where he is going to put Frank Lautenberg, another winner?
