Know anything about Zogby?? He's an Arab-American who's tied in with the Arab Defamation League..... Of course he wants kerry to win. He used to be one of the more reliable pollsters until we started playing cowboys and arabs...... _________________ ADC USN Ret.

I've been writing to my senators (uphill battle) Feinstein and Boxer from the state of California. Feinstein actually responded about amnesty for illegal aliens instead of answering my question regarding the amnesty for draft dodgers. I responded in more detail . . . see what I get back. Don't think they want a President elected on a lie. You think? _________________ 1st Cavalry (airmobile)

Evil is not power. GOOD IS NOT HELPLESS!
I have felt scared too the past couple of days and also frustrated to think The Manchurian Candidate could have come so close to the most powerful job in the world by managing to keep his evil deeds secret from the American people and the MSM helps him! But the above statement popped into my mind and I keep reminding myself of it. Like all of us, I am calling, emailing, sending letters to editors, talking and telling the truth about JFraudK.
This forum has sure been a lifesaver for so many of us, helping to keep our spirits up and getting the truth out!
A lot of good posts here and a lot of good things on the internet -- a lot of good things are happening:
*liberal biased MSM is becoming increasingly irrelevant and losing viewers and readers.
*JFraudK is being seen for what he is by many more people every day...
*Most of all the internals -- which is where the truth lies -- continue to show Bush winning by several comfortable points. _________________ TRUTH IS ALWAYS THE VICTOR |

I volunteer at a facility that enables people with disabilities to ride horses. The other day I was working with a man of about 45 who had had a stroke. He had been a carpenter and now has limited use of his arms. Mentally, he's in good shape. As I was leading his horse, he looked down at me and said "Once we get Bush thrown out, I'll be able to get a job." And he meant it. This man epitomized to me all that's wrong liberal politics -- whatever's wrong with your life, the federal government will fix it. And the notion that millions of people are (and have been duped) by this rhetoric is what truly scares me. |

The only thing that is getting me down at all is the quivering helpless pessimism of all the worrywarts around here. Bush is going to win this election going away, all the indicators are there if you look for them. Its not guaranteed but nothing is. I would rather enjoy months of legitimate optimism and then deal with a short period of dissappointment, that be in the dumps for months and then have one day of happiness before you go back into the dumps over some other worry.
If Bush wins, the pessimists will briefly celebrate and then find more reasons to be pessimistic. For example, they will start fretting about Hillary in 08.....oh no, she is a shoe in, how can we stop her, the Clintons have so much power.....the MSM this, the MSM that, the sky is falling, whatever shall we do...
Choose happiness people because it truly is a choice!
An optimist's POV posted on Freerepublic:
The candidate leading after Labor day usually wins........ No Democrat
in recent history have overcome a labor day lead by a Republican.
"Only Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush have overcome a Labor Day lead
by their opponent since 1948" Bush led on Labor day.
"The Gallup polls taken between October 12 and 16, have been very
strong predictors. They have identified the winner in every election
since 1952" Bush led.
Senators rarely win, Its been over 40 years. JFK was the last and just
barely.
Amazingly only * three* incumbents have lost in the last *90* years,
*all* had bad economies dogging them.
Economic indicators favor re-election of the incumbent. Eight
forecasting models are unanimous in predicting Bush will defeat
Democrat John Kerry
http://quote.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=10000103&sid=a1OhVbkS8pp4&refer=us
No wartime President seeking re-election has lost, *ever*.
All sucessful Democrat challengers in recent history have been
Governors from the south.
No Democrat has been sucessful in recent history without carrying the
south. The south is solid Bush country.
No challenger has won without at least an 8 point gallup convention
bump. Kerrys went negative. Bush has inarguably now a signifigant
bounce. And the media had told us everyone was decided already.
Gallup Approval numbers for Bush are in re-election territory.
Not too meaningful but interesting...If the market is up on the last
day of an incumbents convention, 80% of them were re-elected. Market
was up real good on the last day of the RNC.
Kerrys wife is a kook. Its not an indicator, but must be mentioned
anyways. http://strangecosmos.com/images/content/102440.jpg
Bush wins the Scholastic poll another very accurate predictor.
Scholastic has been conducting polls since 1940, with predictions only
wrong in two close elections: 1948 when students chose Thomas Dewey
over Harry Truman, and 1960, predicting Richard Nixon would beat John
Kennedy. The children are reflecting their parents no doubt. And it
is a huge poll much larger then normal polls. It even predicted the
Bush electoral victory in 2000.
Going on the theory that young folks share their parents politics.....
Bad news for dems in the future certainly.....
http://channelone.com/election_2004/results/
American teens have spoken, and they want George W. Bush for
president. Nearly 1.4 million teens voted in the nation's largest mock
election, and the Republican incumbent wound up with 393 electoral
votes and 55 percent of the total votes cast.
BOO..........
"For the last six presidential elections, since Ronald Reagan's first
victory, sales of rubber Halloween masks caricaturing the Republican
and Democratic candidates have predicted the next president, according
to an Internet costume seller. President Bush is leading so far this
year. As of Thursday, 55 percent of the masks sold were of Bush and 45
percent of John Kerry, said Daniel Haight, chief operating officer of
New Berlin-based Buyseasons, which owns Buycostumes.com. "The mask
sales have been 100 percent accurate," Haight said. "So far we have no
reason to believe this year will be any different."
Pew Research .........
http://people-press.org/reports/display.php3?PageID=750 Post-9/11
Parity "The Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, and Bush's response to the
attacks, marked a major turning point in party identification.
Republican party identification rose to 30%, while the Democrats fell
to 31%, putting the parties into a virtual tie for the allegiance of
the public. Because Republicans traditionally turn out to vote in
higher numbers than do Democrats, the current division in party
affiliation among the public could provide the GOP with a slight
electoral advantage, all other things being equal." _________________ "And no pair has been more wrong, more loudly, more often, than the two Senators from Massachusetts, Ted Kennedy and John Kerry"

Chuck54: Thank you for getting a great summary together! I love it when people have the resources handy and put effort into listing what we all know we have read or heard, so we can access it quickly. Thanks. And I too just can't believe the polls put on tv. Vote and pray. CTW

Momofthreegirls is right, MSM/CLM went “all in” with their chips on a loser hand called Kerry. I was scared also, but I drove to Ohio State campus yesterday to distribute and talk to students that came to the FarenHYPE 911 showing. There was 40-50 students at the showing while most were at the south Oval listening to Springsteen/Kerry. But these 40+ students were the water carriers, they to a person said that most students are registered but won’t vote. They will get all Bushie supporters to the polls, the Kerryites will get some get more votes out but it will be more of a 60/40 vote split. This is a number BC04 would take to the bank at all campuses and win because of it. They only see the radical lib campuses (UW-Madison, UCBerkley, etc) turning out 80/20 vote returns. GO BUSH.
I'll be at the Ohio State/Penn State football game Saturday talking and distributing. Others like SooSQ will be doing an Operation OSC. _________________ "It is never right to do wrong, even if sanctioned by law" Abe Lincoln

Would love to take credit but I didn't put the summary together, another freeper did, I just copied and pasted. Freerepublic is a great place for info, I rely on it. _________________ "And no pair has been more wrong, more loudly, more often, than the two Senators from Massachusetts, Ted Kennedy and John Kerry"

Dear Susanl..
This has been an long, very long election process; too long in my opinion. However, in my gut, I KNOW that George W.Bush will be re-elected President of the United States. As stated, the MSM, wants us to believe that this is close, that there is voter problems, that we "might not know" until December who is President for two reasons: Ratings, and their bias..what they would give to have Bush defeated..
It is gut check time for the American people. In the end, I am sure that once they get in the booth..despite their misgivings about Bush, they know that he is the man who must be our President..who has the strength of character and principles who are unwaivering. He will be re-elected, he must be.
Do me a favor? When a poll comes on..mute it and look away. Go to realclearpolitics for the averages..and come to us here..
NOW ...no more negative talk!! I must believe that this country knows in its heart that whether we like it or not, this war was brought to us and by God we will end it. It will not be easy..but it is the right thing to do, at the right time. Or, one day..we would fight it in our own streets..and that I will not allow.
Okay??? the folks here know what they are talking about, hell we all do..we sometimes know too much and that gets us nuts when polls go up and down like a roller coaster. But we also have the truth..and the American people know the truth, and will proclaim that on November 2!!
Keep the faith susanl..and stay right here when those liberal get you down, because remember they will do or say all they can to get you depressed, its their mission ..
its called propaganda!!!
Here we go my friends..election weekend, can you believe it?? On to VICTORY!!!!!!!!!!

Zogby predicted Kerry would win back in April, so that's nothing new. However Monday he said Bush would win, now Friday he says Kerry will win. Perhaps by Monday he'll be back to Bush again. |

Zogby Inc. is just a puppet that supports Kerry. Why do we care about its polls. It was wrong in 2000. This claim is designed to persuade the voters. Look at what is happening in Florida.
The electoral-vote.com predicts: Bush 281, and Kerry 236.
