Thus, we refer our readers to the Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3, which states,
Quote: | "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President ... having previously taken an oath ... to support the Constitution of the United States, [who has] engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof." |
Mark Alexander quotes the constitution to make a case the John Kerry should be disqualified from holding public office.

It is for this reason -- for his record of giving aid and comfort to the enemy while a member of the U.S. Armed Forces in violation of his oath -- that we insist John Kerry resign his seat in the U.S. Senate. He has dishonored his family, dishonored his state and dishonored our nation. He is not fit for public office at any level of government, much less, the highest office in the land. John Kerry should resign.
Perhaps SwiftVets should take just that position and make a formal demand:
"John Kerry should resign."

They can't do that, it's not in their blood to do any honorable thing. Clinton refused even after he was impeached and now say's he wears it as a badge of honor. However we could sue him in Federal Court challenging that his positon in any office is unconstitutional. Semper Fi. _________________ Helicopter Marine Attack Squadron 169 which is now HMLA-169. They added Huey's to compliment the Cobra effectiveness. When I served we just had Snakes. |

Kerry ran the VVAW. On Nov.12 1971 in Kansas City Mo. Kerry and other misfits and liars of the VVAW voted on a proposal for the Assassination of 3-7 US Senators to end the war. If this isn't Sedition what is????
