It really doesn't matter when this comes out. The press is going to spin like mad accusing the Bush admin of dirty politics.
In the end, the best defense is a good offense. When your dem friends try and spin it, tell them that if it is wrong Senator Kerry should sign the Standard Form 180 Authorizing the FULL release of his military records |

| Probably much of it has to do with timing.... as in not enough time to get it organized. Could be the Admiral didn't want to do it though. Kinda tough to break a news item if you can't get the proof. |

I dont have a beef with anyone BUT Kerry. This makes me absolutely ill.
The main stream media will NEVER cover this, not in a million years.
