You know...it wasn't that long ago that I read that Arafat wasn't really Palestinian. *Ahem*...He was a Soviet plant - and is Egyptian by birth. Looks like those commies were working ALL the angles....

You're right there. Arafat is an Egyptian. I don't know about communist but he is one of those Nasser socialists that was spawned out of WW2. Like the Bathists in Iraq and Syria, the Nasser socialists are the God child of German national socialism that was born out of the meeting between Adolf Hitler and the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem in 1943 in Berlin.
The historians some how managed to bury the fact that Hitler enlisted Albanian Moslems into the SS at the end of the war and that after the war Egypt, Syria and Iraq gave asylum to escaped Nazi war criminals. To date nothing has been done to correct this discrepency.
The one common theme that has brought the Nazis, the Stalinist communists, the Nasser Socialists, the Bathists and the Islamafacists together is the hatred of the Jewish people and the State of Israel. It is their insane obsession with the eradication of the Jews and Isreal that has made them the enemy not only of the West, but as well of the entire Human race.

The first thing the French probably had to do was disinfect the creep. From pictures he looked like the homeless rat he is. Living in the rubble of the "compund" in Ramalluh (SIC) he was probably infested and smelled like a sewer. In his dementia he probably can't take care of himself, but the cadre around him probably couldn't tell the difference. He will soon assume cave temperature along with OBL .

If the money in those accounts that was given for the Palestinians.. It should actually go to social programs that benefit the welfare of the people.
Some Pali's have found out they can create work without crossing over around or through the wall. If they had an infrastructure, which is what the donated $$ to Arafat were for, they might have a chance at building their own futures.
