WOOHOO. Wonder who those votes were for Rolling Eyes

This gonna be very nasty today. A radio station here is putting up $101 dollars in an office pool as to when this election is going to be over. I still think sKerry is going to lose by midnight Laughing

Philly District Attorney looked at one of the questionable machines and there are two windows that look into counters on the voting machine. One counts the votes for this election, the other counts the votes over the life span of the machine. DA claims that the life span number was mistaken for votes in this election…

Seems odd the number would be so low. Seems the lifespan window would have an enormous number in it.

Not if they are new machines and he is correct that someone was looking at the wrong number. BAH, just open the sucker up and print out its totals before anyone votes on it. If it is 'padded', it will show.

I think we MUST assume that a basic procedure is to check EVERY machine onsite at every polling place prior to vote commencement with concurrent certification by BOTH party poll observers. This sounds like much ado about nothing.

Problem is not every polling place has party observers. They are strategically placed. If you were going to cheat, you'd put the "early" votes at the places you don't expect party observers to be.

Intersting comment on the radio, Democrats are saying that the reports of the early votes are incorrect. They must know something we don't know because they aren't concerned that they are Republican early votes.
