Precisely!!
Iowa (7) Bush by 11577, with 96% precincts.
Nevada (5) Bush by 5133, with 56% pcts.
New Mexico (5) Bush by 28521, with 93% pct.
Hawaii (4) ….still too early to tell anything.

Particularly NM, which has looked like Bush all along, that's Bush's electoral college victory. Hawaii no. But Iowa and Nevada, yes.

So - it comes down to what sKerry does in OH. How many thousands of lawyers?

Every vote counts. That's what sKerry says. That's not really what they mean. It looks like sKerry is about to go the Gore route - and try to steal the election in OH. That's tomorrow's news!

And this thing is not over!

Geez...cant get a straight answer out of people about how many provisional ballots in Ohio----Carl Cameron says 200-250,000, Secretary Of State Blackwell says 140,000, Rather said 175,000, and I heard earlier 250,000....

Anne Thompson, in Columbus, on ABC is claiming 175,000. But who knows where she got the number.

It doesn't look like the margin for Bush will exceed 175K.

Did I mention that I HATE - provisional ballots? This is going to stretch it out two weeks, at a minimum. And Edwards is promising lawyers raining down starting tomorrow to challenge a lot more than just provisionals, which are already mandated if the the margin is under 175K.

OHIO does not count PRovisional ballots until 11 days after election. Now not sure, but think they said 150,000 (perhaps 250,000) just cannot remember.

In any event, do not think K has a chance. And for that small think, I am grateful.

Does anyone know when Hawaii comes in?

TOTAL 96.8 Precincts In (5 out of 6 Counties still open are Bush Country---Lucas County is only Kerry County Still Open, only 5% and is 60% Kerry 40% Bush....All the other counties are strong Bush with exception to Hamilton which is slight/moderate Bush....It is AMAZING that the Kerry Campaign is not giving up Ohio.)
BUSH 2,706,778 (50.9%)
Kerry 2,581,451 (48.6%)
Other 25,228 (0.5%)

Any predictions where the lawyers will flood to? Cuyahoga, Hamilton, & Franklin---all the three major city counties, thats where the most votes are to be gained.

Sorry, misread. 3200 sharks in OH currently; more arriving Wednesday. NOW do I have this right? Way too funny ... so happy it's Ohio's turn since Florida suffered this grief in 2000.

My bet is on Blackwell. He appears to be a no nonsense person. Betting the Ohio votes are properly counted. Further bet that GW Bush/GOP lets the Kerry/Dem group pay for the recount.
