I'm just listening to FOX News waiting for the President's speech to begin...and it seems that even the Democrats are blaming the Kerry campaign for their loss, as well as the candidate. In fact, I heard one Dem say that Kerry's biggest misstep was with the Whoopi Goldberg fiasco when he said that was the heart and soul of America. Says Kerry miscalculated, or words to that effect.

Are we going to see some actual Kerry pounding going on? And...what are the chances that the left-stream media will actually start covering the war in Iraq in a more balanced fashion? And what are the chances they'll actually give President Bush a break? Just curious what will happen now that the Dems and the LSM have realised that their hate tactics didn't work with this election?

Wouldn't it be nice if this election was the wake-up call they would actually heed that *we* want fair and balanced coverage? Or is it just wishful thinking on my part?

Maria

After the President's speech

NBC gave the Dems time to counterpoint the president (gees - I thought that Kerry had that time) Twisted Evil
ABC - did a little montage of clips that was trying to be uplifting - it was ok
CBS - went to a soap opera

I guess only one station learned and is trying to change

The MSM has "some 'splaning to do". Why was Kerry's service record not investigated with the same vigor as Bush's? Why did CBS feel that there was no need to fact check their stories? Same goes for the New York Times. Why did good economic news get down played and bad news get up played? Why did the MSM decide the SBVFT was lying without bothering to check the facts? Why is Dan Rather still on the air? He should have been suspended for the duration of the election at least. And so on and so forth.
