A conservative and a liberal were walking down the street when they came upon a homeless man. The conservative reached in his pocket and gave him 20 bucks for a good meal and then gave him one of his business cards and told him to come in and he would help him find work.
The liberal was impressed.
When they came upon another homeless man the liberal decided he too, would take action. He reached into the conservatives pocket and pulled out 20 bucks. After taking 15 for his administrative fee he gave the man 5 for a meal. Then he took out a card and wrote down the address of the closest welfare office.
