Shamelessly swiped from Drudge:

Kerry blasts Bush on federal response to Hurricane Katrina (and asks for $$$)

The Hill
Quote:
In a brief interview, Tracey Schmitt, a spokeswoman for the Republican National Committee, called Kerry’s pitch for cash “repulsive.”

In a news release, she said, “John Kerry's attacks on President Bush's efforts to assist the victims and rebuild the Gulf Coast don't come as a surprise. Armchair quarterbacking on tough issues has never been a problem for Senator Kerry. The American people have pulled together during a difficult time and Democrats’ efforts to politicize this tragedy are unsavory at best.”

Right on, Ms. Schmitt!!!

OH PULEEEZE! I just read the speech he gave.
Excerpt:
Quote:
And the rush now to camouflage their misjudgments and inaction with money doesn’t mean they are suddenly listening. It's still politics as usual. The plan they’re designing for the Gulf Coast turns the region into a vast laboratory for right wing ideological experiments. They’re already talking about private school vouchers, abandonment of environmental regulations, abolition of wage standards, subsidies for big industries - and believe it or not yet another big round of tax cuts for the wealthiest among us!

The administration is recycling all their failed policies and shipping them to Louisiana. After four years of ideological excess, these Washington Republicans have a bad hangover -- and they can't think of anything to offer the Gulf Coast but the hair of the dog that bit them.

And amazingly -- or perhaps not given who we’re dealing with -- this massive reconstruction project will be overseen not by a team of experienced city planners or developers, but according to the New York Times, by the Chief of Politics in the White House and Republican Party, none other than Karl Rove -- barring of course that he is indicted for "outing" an undercover CIA intelligence officer.

LOL. I just read this blurb (in my best JK imitation) to my husband, and we were ROTFL!!

Oh horrors! School vouchers? Abandoning regulations?& wage standards?
Oh my gawd!! Subsidizing big industry?? And believe it or not TAX CUTS for the wealthy!

Why its a Lib's nightmare!! And KARL ROVE will be in charge of it all!!
Apocalypse is upon us!!

John Kerry just sounds so jealous to me. He will never be president, he lost and we will make sure he stays lost. He has been outed as a fake military hero. He has been shown to be a lazy inefectual senator, second in his state to a murdering, alcoholic, trust fund from organized crime bozo. He has never even supported himself, he has had to have women pay his way in life cause he is such a little man. He is so good at telling everyone else they are wrong, but has never divulged any of his 'grand plans' because he had none. He is a leader of the dying socialist party.
Basically his life can be summed up as thus:
WE KEEP HEARING THE WIND BLOW, BUT THE TREES NEVER FALL DOWN
