Interesting observation on Hizballah's respect for the neutrality of the UN observation post...

Retired Canadian Major General Lewis Mackenzie was interviewed on CBC radio, and had some very interesting news about the UN observer post hit by Israeli shells; the Canadian peacekeeper killed there had previously emailed Mackenzie telling him that Hizballah was using their post as cover. Hiding behind women, children, the U.N. and Red Cross they seek to not only protect themselves from attack but if they are hit anyway then they can point to civilian deaths and blame the enemy when they themselves are the ones putting the civilians in harms way.
But this scenario plays well to ignorant people who are predisposed to believing it anyway. We saw these same tactics employed by the Viet Cong for the same reasons.
Sure makes it hard to fight them. My hats off to the IDF for trying to limit the civilian deaths as much as they have.
