Please lock out CBS from your television and send this email to everyone in you address book.

Please send email to the following addresses

evening@cbsnews.com
earlyshow@cbs.com
48hours@cbsnews.com
audsvcs@cbs.com

I am advocating that we gang up on one specific net work and their sponsors in an effort to apply punishment that will be felt. Perhaps competing networks will selfishly cover the boycott story in an effort to capture a point or two from CBS for themselves. However to avoid looking like hypocrites they will need to at least make a token effort to report some of the untold or under told stories.

The fact that CBS devoted an entire 60 minute program to promote Clintons book while our young men and women are in harms way is enough reason for me to put them on notice as the one that the veteran - military community is putting on notice.

As of today I have locked all CBS stations from all the televisions in my home. And will not purchase any products that sponsor CBS.

Nice post Fortdix, I too was weaned and raised on short-wave.

No need to boycott CBS, have had this opinion of them since Dan Rather and Walter Cronkite miss-reported the Tet Offensive so well that a few million Vietnamese and Cambodians got killed for it.

It is really a shame how the media is no longer working FOR it's audience but rather working for their favorite candidate.

When someone was making alegations about Bush's AWOL status they "investigated" it until no stone was un turned.

Now with alegations of Kerry's Vietnam records, they are doing everything they can to kill the story or to discredit the Vets.

I really hope Americans wake up sooner rather than later.

This kind of "journalism" is very dangerous and is not unlike Cuba and other totalitarian regimes who control WHAT people hear. Namely only one side of the story.

Here are some famous press deceiving terms.

Many - (how much is many? used to infer a large group)

sources -(without any disclosure validation of said sources)

people - (could be any number, but )

experts - (what makes someone an expert? used to lend credebility to a story)
