The media and Kerry supporters construct their counter arguments and criticisms in context of the Presidential Election - However, the Vietnam War Veteran issue is a 33 year old issue dealing with a judicial deficit created by John Kerry when he testified before Congress in 1971 where he labeled all Vietnam War Veterans as "War Criminals." The news and entertainment media has perpetuated this image in the minds of the public ever since. As long as our nation refuses to grant us a fair and equitable hearing in response to the 1971 Congressional Hearing, that judicial deficit will continue to exist.

In a court of law, jurisprudence mandates that when one side of a given case is allowed a certain move or procedure, the other side is allowed the same courtesy. It is a matter of evenhandedness and fairness. In 1971, Congress allowed John Kerry to testify - not only to his own activities - but, also to the activities of others beyond his boat. Furthermore, they allowed him to relate to the statements made to him by other members of the Armed Forces - none of which were verifiable because Kerry wouldn't release their names - not even backed up by sworn affidavits! This form of testimony was rediculously broad and predominently baseless - mostly heresay. So, the argument that "None of the SwiftVet members was assigned to his boat" used by Kerry supporters doesn't fly, in context to the type of testimony that the Congress of 1971 allowed from Kerry. In fact the testimonials of the SwiftVet members, when weighed against the Congressional Hearing of 1971, are more credible because they are speaking for themselves, in person using their real names, with all accounts supported by documentation and sworn affidavits! This is a huge contrast!

Respectively yours,

kerry states that he'll restory popular world opinion of the USA...strange since it was he who put us in such disrepute. He and Hanoi Jane.
