Robert Reich is now trying to patch up the tattered mess. He's upset that Scarborough is even giving time to this "non-conterversy". They really want this to go away and every time it's brought up it's less likely to. Gotta love it! |

If kerry towed #3 back...then his boat was ok...but then it goes in for repairs...
I can believe that kerry perhaps disabled his boat after the fact to get some R&R. _________________ kerry returned to the United States on July 22, 1971, held a press conference publicly calling on President Nixon... for the surrender of the United States to North Vietnam. |

The Command Highlight history listed on Kerry's site mentions ONE mine.
The Command Highlight History does not mention Kerry's shooting of the teenager.
There is NOTHING in Kerry's website which indicate ANY enemy numerical superiority at any time. |

In an LA Times interview with Kerry, it is reported that Kerry counted 180 bullet holes in 94 following the Rassman incident on 13 Mar 1969. There is NO spot report available. The damage report sounds a LOT like what happened to 3 although there are NO bullet hole mentioned that day at all.

Hurley is aptly named. Listening to his attempts to confuse the issues under discussion certainly made me want to hurl.
Mr. O'Neill presented his evidence in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner with verifiable references.
Hopefully, a few fence-sitters that may have been watching the program will have gotten a clue.

Maybe kerry machine gunned his own boat? I wouldn't put it past him. And that might account for why his "Band of Brothers" remains loyal...because not to do so will implicate themselves. _________________ kerry returned to the United States on July 22, 1971, held a press conference publicly calling on President Nixon... for the surrender of the United States to North Vietnam. |

Best appearance by John O yet! Great debate - Joe learned the lessons from the debacle with Chris Matthews.
John O said there are 50 or 60 Swifties there with him in Washington, D.C. who will be meeting with the press. Strength and truth in numbers! Yay!
Joe said on a recent program that he knows some of the Swifties (must be from northern FL), so he's more apt to believe O'Neill. His even-handedness was refreshing.
Transcripts are usually available the next day. |

In any heated debate, the truthteller remains calm, the liar yells and points his finger. John Hurley was pathetic... He was an honorable soldier and need s to distance himself from John Kerry... |

So where's the REAL report on 94, the one that shows all those bullet holes?
How come there were bullet holes, when other eyewitness accounts indicate that there was no enemy fire? |

I HONESTLY think kerry disabled his own boat after the fact...shot it full of holes to make his claim of having been in a heated battle more believable to embellish his accounts to justify his undeserved medal.
Higher command was only too happy to oblige him in order to create a hero. kerry duped his superiors, and has brought his crew into an intractable dilema. They need to come clean. And Hurley needs to get a new boss. _________________ kerry returned to the United States on July 22, 1971, held a press conference publicly calling on President Nixon... for the surrender of the United States to North Vietnam. |

Guys
The damage report reads
"STEERAGE CONTROL AFTER HELM INOP."
I do not know- does this mean the boat could not steer at all? The reason I ask is that if the 94 boat could not steer how did Kerry tow the 3 boat back to port? |

It also says
"STBD BILGE PUMP BROKEN. SCREWS CURLED AND CHIPPED."
This is the 94 boat, mind you. |
