He's handling the Factor tonight. UNBELIEVABLE - you cannot imagine what he said talking to that susan ostrich! (I expected her to say what she did) if he has a transcript, look for it -- if you can still catch his program, do so. I'm seeing red , so forgive me for not remembering too much of what I've heard. He lumped the SBVFT in with moveon -- and he was so disgusted at "these groups", and said Bush should and will "pull the disspicable SwiftBoat ad" --- and etc. etc. Just scathing and hateful !! And so stupid -- |

Damn....John Kasich used to be my congressman. He could have served for life if he hadn't retired to run for President, he was extremely popular, even with Dems. I have (had?) a lot of respect for him...I'm glad I didnt see him tonight. I wonder if guys who make comments like this are just completely under-informed. _________________ ===============

Damn that's disappointing. I've been a John Kasich admirer for a LONG time and am still on his mailing list. Did he state whether or not he has read the book? |

Yes, underinformed - but how dangerous to speak out in spite of that -- and so emphatically! when you have a show with the audience their size it is unacceptable. Even if you don't see the show, pls send an email that you heard about it! He's heard from me already (I used to like him, too, but he just went BONKERS with his "opinion" tonight!)
Let's demand these media folk get the facts straight before they spout muck & poison minds -- one by one.... and if they are going to attack someone, they ought to have them there to defend themselves!! |

Let's see...O'Reilly doesn't like the controversy re: Kerry and the Swiftvets so you should stop. Kasich doesn't like it and you should knock it off. Susan Estrich wants them to pressure Bush into making the Swiftvets stop all this and pull the ad. They agree with Estrich who said this is all just making the president look bad, not Kerry. They must really think we the public are idiots to fall for that. Who ARE these people?! From my viewpoint this is not about re-electing Bush, it is about making sure that traitor and fraud, John Kerry, is not elected. I don't care who anyone votes for I just don't want to see that puke as Commander-in-Chief! |

I had to turn it off. I always liked Kasich. Before tonight anyway. It seems like he is not even looking at the facts at all. |

I just do not understand Oreilly and Kasich. I will never watch the Factor again unless those two are replaced.
The swiftvets are men of honor and integrity and are clearly telling the truth. Any one with good judgment can see that. BO and Kasich have good judgement but this call is eluding them. Something is up here.
This story is not going to die. The swiftvets and there supporters are not shrinking violets, they WILL BE HEARD LOUD AND CLEAR! _________________ "And no pair has been more wrong, more loudly, more often, than the two Senators from Massachusetts, Ted Kennedy and John Kerry"

I was hoping since the judge did such a good job on the radio factor, that kasich was going to tear it up tonight, I was shocked by his apparent lack
of honor. He knows the story, he soft balled susan. She did not even have to raise her voice, how bogus. Is brit Hume the only man at Fox? |

I caught the show in mid-discussion and didn't hear any mention of the book. The focus seemed to be on the SwiftVet & Moveon ads as "one desspicable thing" and talk about legislation or whatever, or something that can be done to stop THESE TYPES OF ADS. Maybe someone saw the whole show? |

It was a terrible display. The ONLY guest was Susan Estrich, and Kasich agreed with virtually everything she said it seemed.
Estrich, as we all know, came unhinged to the point of needing medication when Van Odell was a guest.
Now we have O'Reilly himself bashing the SwiftVets, and his substitute (Kasich) agreeing with Estrich.
Bag the O'Reilly Factor from here on out. |

Glad to see I wasnt the only one to turn it off. I never cared much for Kasich's journalistic talents, but he seemed like a good guy. Maybe I was wrong about that. |

O'Reilly must be taking seriously the complaint filed by Moveon.org to the FTC that his show isn't fair and balanced. The complaint is on their website along with a petition. How else to explain the O'Reilly factor's 180 degree turn into liberal land. |
