Everyone,

The new polls are out. Not only is California now a battleground state, but Pennsylvania and Florida are now too close to call as well. In fact according to the new Survey USA polls, there has been a weaking for Kerry almost across the board. Heck, even Conn. is only weak Kerry now (and this is Kerry country).

Now bear in mind the standard caveats about polls apply. They are tricky and you can not forget the margin of error. Furthermore, we can not know we are solely responsible even *if* there is a weakening for Kerry.

That said, I will go out on a limb and say that we are a very important factor in it. The veteran vote is now solidly against Kerry, and from what I have seen on the internals, the independant vote is now almost even (it was pro-kerry). IMHO that is due to us. The differences in the internals today (actually last 3-4 days) and a weak ago are striking.

I want to start seeing vets confronting Kerry at every one of his stops --- SIGNS, comments, etc, etc. That's what I want anyway -- his fellow vets, right in his face!!

The veterans are the key. All vets need to follow the swiftvets lead. Don't let this guy become CIC.
