I wonder what the possibility of the Kerry Kamp faking or omitting parts of the docs would be (once he signs the form 180).
I don't think it is beneath them.
Would there be traceability? I mean, if Kerry signs the 180 and gets the docs, they are HIS, right? He can show the public part of the docs that support his claims, but omit others, etc... Or do the entire docs become accessible at that point to FOIA?

AHHHH....that's the beauty of a Standard Form 180. Once Kerry signs it, you can go and get the documents yourself. Kerry no longer controls them after he signs the form and thus can no longer can control their access or content. IMHO that is exactly why he won't do it.
