Think Kerry should be prosecuted for his treasonous acts upon returning from Vietnam? I do!

Hey, even if you don't, you can still sign the petition....it's free!

Can't we just worry about defeating him in November?

Using the word treason -- justified or not -- does not enhance our sides credibility. Get people to view the latest ad and draw their own conclusions.

I agree with ccr. Lets just worry about sending Kerry back to Mass.

I was looking at his voting record last week and found out he is not up for re-election to the Senate until 2009. That may be the real reason he is not resigning his Senate seat.

The charge of treason is simply not one the majority of people will believe.

Making such a charge destroys the credibility of those who make it with those who we need credibility with.

Like I said.... Let the ad play. Let John Kerry's own words destroy HIS credibility. Don't oversell the charge and destroy ours.

No.... I don't want him prosecuted.
I just don't want him elected.

What happened 35 years ago should be irrelevent (I just wished he'd left it there too).

EDIT: If he happens to get elected, this dog will hunt him for his entire one-term, thus distracting him from fighting The War Mad

He already is being 'prosecuted', in a manner of speaking. Should this effort be successful, his name will be in the history books, and his legacy will that of a man finally revealed as a cad, a traitor, and a liar.

I believe every legal avenue available that hinders Kerrys efforts, should be considered viable.

If enough people sign this petition it also sends a message.

Anyone that does not agree, simply don't sign!

In a snit, I signed the petition but agree that the country will be better off if he just slinks back to his $25 million holes.

When I think of all the Veterans he harmed by his actions 35 years ago, I say never FORGET! And certainly never FORGIVE.

arjr 11.... I wouldn't hold it against anyone if they didn't forgive him. That should be between him and those that he sinned/slanderred against
It's hard to forgive someone that doesn't ask for it, or as in Kerry's case, keeps making excuses for his sins.

There can be NO EXCUSE for what Kerry did. I agree with that.

I like that poll just for the psychological impact it could have.

Of course it will have no tangible result - it's an online petition. But it lets people know that there are a lot of us who believe that it's worth looking into.

Coupled with the action taken by judicialwatch.org, it makes a more powerful statement.

He was a traitor to his country and a traitor to his brothers in arms.

And he got away with it for a long time.

Prosecuted: no
Persecuted: yes
...until he's stripped all the zeros following the commas from his personal financial resources.
After that, he deserves to be completely ignored.

I respectfully disagree. There is a 35 year long pattern of lying, self-promotion, and treachery. For all we knows it goes back further than that.

I think that's relevant, don't you?
