dick cavett made a point of saying O'Neill was in Nixon's pocket, so to speak. Leans towards Kerry in his remarks of his memories of the debate. Chris interrupted too much. Impression of Cavett negative towards O'Neill.... initial impression....

I guess I had forgotten that Cavett is also a liberal ***hole. He was very much anti-nixon and anti-war, just like the first anatomically referenced Karnow. He will not say that Kerry was booed by a very liberal audiance.
