[Grateful for SBV]

My first Post. Here is copy of my e-mail to John McCain. I am very dissapointed in his lack of support for this group!

Dear Senator Mr. McCain:
I feel nothing but the upmost respect for you and your service to your country. Most notably, your refusal to leave your fellow soldiers in the Hanoi Prison when you could have, places you among the most admirable of men and as a role model for the demonstration of integrity and character. However...your defense of John Kerry's actions when he returned home from Vietnam is perplexing. I commend you if you are able to forgive & forget. But I sincerely request that, for the sake of this country, you not provide support to a candidate for the highest office of this great nation who has demonstrated through his own actions and votes a lack of character, a lack of honesty and a historical association with groups and persons who support a treasonous agenda. Please...support the Veterans who, like yourself, have EARNED the right to speak out. I sincerely believe that their fight to keep John Kerry from becoming president is their second Tour of Duty. They are fighting for America again!

I've never joined an online group before but feel so strongly that Kerry would be worse than Clinton (if that's possible) that I need to help. I will contribute to SBV as much as I can afford.
