1) What if the terrorists manage to fulfill their pledge by killing 4 million Americans (through WMDs)--- What would the sitting American President do at that time? Would he respond in kind and send a volley of strategically placed nukes toward Arabia and the Stans? God knows the majority of Americans would probably approve--does this line of thought ever penetrate the thick skulls of these terrorists?
