To Big Kahuna:

If you were referring to my post, I'm sorry; I must have copied too much. I was trying to disagree with Sparky.

I'm convinced that GWB fulfilled his obligations, and I was replying specifically to the word "pseudoautobiography".

I live in MA. That doesn't automatically mean I like or have voted for John Kerry. He's my Senator. Not my representative.

Nope -- the one before you. We were both typing at the same time. I should have cleared that up when I saw yours pop in between mine and his.

My bad -- proceed Very Happy

I can't stay quiet any longer.

The reason President Bush didn't show up for his physicals was because they had just started doing drug testing at that time.
Your glorious President, the one who served his county well during the Vietnam War was snorting coke and having fun while our boys were dying over there.

I can't stand Bush or Kerry, and I am not going to defend either one of them.
Get it straight...While the true vets were dodging bullets, Bush was drinking, snorting drugs and banging chicks.
Yeah, he sure did his duty.

Were you with him at the time, or do you have a reference?

Question

Where were you in the late 60s and early 70s? Hell -- I knew a lot people able to get a lot of smoking, banging and shooting in while over there. Back then the drugs were good for you, and little white pill would cure anything you caught from banging.

And what branch were you in Speedy since you're so rightous for military service and morals?

No drug test for cocaine until late 70s, early 80s at the very earliest.

Behind the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth are veteran corporate media consultant and Texas Republican activist Merrie Spaeth, who is listed as the group's media contact; eternal Kerry antagonist and Dallas attorney John E. O'Neill, law partner of Spaeth's late husband, Tex Lezar; and retired Rear Adm. Roy Hoffman, a cigar-chomping former Vietnam commander once described as "the classic body-count guy" who "wanted hooches destroyed and people killed."

Falls under the "so what" category.

morfdg I addressed your questions, but you are the one who has taken the offensive. You must have been a part of the new Marine Corps, I am from the old school and your abmonishment of the CIC would have earned you a trip behind the quansit. My son is on active duty as we speak serving abroad and I know the Marine Corps that he is in, doesn't jive with your story. So that leaves me to question, are you doing a Kerry and claiming to have served when you didn't? I know that if you did serve, and if it was with me, office hours would have been the least of your worries. If you were a Marine as you claim you are lacking the discipline that the rest of us have. We will support any sitting President in a time of war. This site is about Kerry and Kerry alone and if you can't deal with that then I suggest you find a tree to hug elsewhere.

Marine4life -- I doubt that there is a new Corp like that. It is easy for anyone to make up military background for a bulletin board. Look at Kerry -- he pretty much turned his into a fairytale. I doubt morfdg was ever in the Corp -- or at least not full-term. He does act like any Vet I've ever met.
