I could have missed it, but I don't see any mention on the Silver Star with V now. In fact the 214 does not show the PH's or the BS.

DenisC,
I believe its still there on his DD214 on the second page,
http://www.johnkerry.com/pdf/jkmilservice/DD214.pdf
There is, however, something I never really noticed before (but was probably there the whole time), which is in paranthesis next to his 3 purple hearts, it says- "See Attached Sheet". The Kerry website does not include this "Attached Sheet" as part of the pdf file for the DD214...Could this be something, or am I just looking into this way too much??? |

Ooops, I did not see the 2nd page. That is interesting about "see attached page"...not shown. I wish someone (anyone) would just sign Kerry's name to a 180 and send it in. _________________ DenisC

The organization on the site is (deliberately?) confusing.
I remember reading a summary medical report of a doctor hired by the Kerry campaign to overview his medical records, quoting some of the exact language from the official reports.
Now I cannot locate that document.
May be me, may be a change. I thought at first they had removed the first SS citation (the link marked SS has only the second two), but I later found it in the top link for awards or medals of something. |
