I'm new and screwed up already. I posted this on the Vets/Active Duty board by mistake.

I'm retired now and watch way too much TV. I was watching Fox News this morning and they were discussing this letter that the SwiftVet guys have recently sent to Kerry with Geraldine Ferraro.

I hadn't yet read the letter, but, I came totally unscrewed when Ferraro compared the letter presentation to the recent "masked terrorist" demand incidents. I was shocked that the Fox personality didn't respond to that comment with a lot more vigor. Can you possibly imagine what the reaction would have been if the opposition had made a comment like that about Lurch

Did anyone else catch this????

Works by me. Ms. Ferrarrorroro is full of hyperbole to the max. It was a reasonable letter with a reasonable request. Kerry wants the ads stopped. The SVFT leadership (being reasonable people) simple stated in no un-certain terms what they want from Mr. Kerry. They are not, I believe, holding him hostage and threatening to lop off his head.
