So now the Swift Boat Vets are "pathological liars" & "right-wing kooks" according to Kerry's new hired gun/strategist/mouthpiece. |

Lockhart is part of the evil machine run by the Clintons (let's not forget the Senator from NY too) who have taken over command of the Kerry election. They will do everything in their power to discredit the swift boat veterans for truth such as unleashing Lockhart to attack the swift boat veterans for truth and individuals like John O'Neill. Fortunately to date they have been unsuccessful in finding any "dirt" that could affect John's credibility. Can Lockhart be made accountable for his malicious lies? One of Kerry's approaches is to use his lawyer corps to threaten opposing forces with a lawsuit. Shouldn't the swift boat veterans be at least able to do the same since they are just telling the truth???

I just do not understand why the Swiftvets don't sue all these people calling you liars. I still think it would be a good tactic to do it and I'm sure most all of us would add funds for legal cost. It is a matter of honor.

You'd be filing law suits up the wazoo, it would cause a catastrophic
overload of the court system. It would be a reverse Class Action Lawsuit
like the tobacco company suing all the smokers instead of the other way
around. In this case you would have to get rid of the source - Kerry.
I bet the DNC is praying he would just sail off into the sunset on his
surfboard. Kerry is now a maximum liability instead of who they had
prayed for, someone better than Clinton turned out to be. |
