I used to believe this, also, I now believe Kerry would bomb France for disagreeing with him. _________________ VietNam 1970-1971 |

Someone, and I was so tired after the RNConvention last night that I don't remember who, said that Kerry had to do a Google search on himself every day in order to recall what he'd said the day before.
Keeping that in mind, we just kind of realize that he says one thing one day, and another thing another day... flip flop, flip flop, flip flop.... _________________ Malvern

Our country's founders actually dealt with this situation in a manner of speaking. We don't actually vote for The President but for a group of electors. The winning groups of electors meet in December to decide who The President will be. The electors could select someone else, even Hillary, if Johnny goes banannas. If more than 50% of the electors can't agree on someone the House of Representatives decides.

Simple answer: Meltdown.
But an intriguing question remains: Who in his/her right mind would have thrown together that awful ragtag midnight fiasco in Ohio, right in the middle of the afterglow of Pres. Bush's speech? I am 99% sure that no politico pro would have done that. Not only was it tasteless and gauche, from a pure realpolitik viewpoint it was horribly bad timing. Gate-crashing impetuosity. Traitor John, didn't they teach you anything about proper manners in those Swiss finishing schools they sent you to?
So most probable answer: narcissist-egomaniac-megalomanic-paranoid Traitor John makes all the campaign decisions, and this latest one is by far the worst ever. He looks amateurish, petty, panicked and stupid. The MSM, trying to help out this loser, made it seem like with new blood in Kerry's campaign and recharged from windsurfing in Nantucket, we would be seeing a bold new thrust to revive his campaign. What a flop! Consider it the last balloon popped on the Republican convention floor. I have never seen anything so contrived (hmmm...can you say union shills?), so phony and so forced was this skimpy array of choreographed supporters in the wee hours on a school night, in the middle of nowhere. If you noticed, the cast of well-wishers kept looking over at the TV cameras, hoping they would go away so they could go home. I've seen the same impatient look from kids in home movies when they hope Uncle Harold will stop saying "say cheese" so they can get back to whatever they were doing.
So pathetic and embarrassing and wonderfully humiliating for Traitor John. His blather was buried somewhere in the Seattle paper today, unusual for its left-of-Commie stances; and of course, in the TV news tonight, he was bumped altogether in favor of Hurricane Frances, the Islamo-fascist terrorist outrage in Russia, and Pres. Clinton's heart surgery. What a perfect storm, if you'll excuse the semblance of a pun. A total disaster for Traitor John and John-Boy. The absolute, most painful torture of all for Traitor John is: to be ignored!
Ummm...when your done with the sports section, I'd like to read it.
Muahahahahahahaha! .

Ahhhh, but remember Kerry was on the intelligence committee. So, he Had the intel available. (If he had shown up for the meetings. )
So, he is between the devil and the deep blue sea on this one. He can't even afford to blurt out anything about it. Much less debate it. _________________ said Democratic Chairman Terry McAuliffe. "It is inexcusable to mock service and sacrifice."

He meant to say if you are John "Benedict Arnold" Kerry it is excusable to mock service and sacrifice, if the service and sacrifice was at Iwo Jima. _________________ MACV '64...65
