I suppose it's obvious to most everyone here that
the Swiftees are being blown off by the media? If they
couldn't even give the big rally a mention, then they are
useless as a platform of information!

Unless ad time is purchased, I believe that the MSM is
determined to ignore or bury this topic...which shouldn't
really suprise us since the liberal bias of the media has
been gaining momentum for decades.

We can't convert the media with this message, and
shouldn't waist any time or effort trying, who we really
want to reach is the public.

Okay, this is my effort to do that very thing:

I picked up magnetic sign kit at the local Office Max...ran me about
$35.00. I free handed the boat, but if you can't draw, the message
is really what you want to say. I made a sign for each side of my
car.

I confess that I really had to resist the urge to put some stingers
on there! Some of the bumper stickers I've seen are great! Including
my personal favorite:

I have a pretty zany since of humor! LOL

But, I had to keep in mind that the people I want to influence
with my signs would most likely be put off by negative remarks.
I know that I would be. So inspite of my desire to plaster my
car with "Kerry is a Creep" type comments, I decided to try to
compel folks to check out this website.

Once they get here, they will get the very message that the
media doesn't want to cover. Just today I have read several
posts from folks who have come here to see what it's all about.

As frustrating as it is to suffer the neglect of the media, I
believe that the very BEST way to spread the news is by
word of mouth...a grass roots rumble, if you will. If every
person here would use their cars in some way like this, it
would't be long before there would be a huge ground swell
of interest. It's just human nature to be curious, and with
our instant message culture....who needs the MSM?! Razz

If your car isn't as old as mine, and you worry that opponents
will scratch your vehicle while you're parked, you can take
the magnetic signs off, and put them back while you drive.

So if Mohammed won't come to the mountain, you do an
end run around Mohammed and get the message out to the
folks on the mountain anyway!

TAH-DAH!!

P.S. I KNOW THAT I PUSHED THE TWO WORDS SWIFT BOAT TOGETHER, BUT THERE IS JUST SO MUCH SPACE Wink

Good job. You get more effect by getting someone's curiosity and gently steering them to the facts, then letting them discover the truth for themselves, than by angering them with negative campaigning. Sugar vs. vinegar, folks. It works if you have the truth on your side, that's what's going to win this for us. Nice job on the sign, that's effective. Wink
