I don't believe that Kerry really has a plan for America, not even a viable health care plan. He just wants people to think that he does. Indeed, given what I know about Kerry, flip-floppers don't do their math homework in the first place - they wouldn't flip-flop the issues so much if they did.

I also don't believe that Kerry really cares how he gets into the Oval Office. This is because I think that Kerry merely regards the Oval Office as the most prestigious "metal of honor" that he can cheat the system for.

Thank you for letting me vent.

Venting welcome - the Geedunk is fully equipped not only with gooooood Navy coffee, but a rubber room into which you can go and bounce yourself off the walls. I often take advantage of that cyber feature, myself. Wink

How hard could it be, really? He's for everything and against everything at the same time. He's got it made.

He has all kinds of plans.. Teraaaaza will be the new catsup czar thus ensuring American jobs (snicker). Hanoi Jane wil become ambassador to France, Vietnam, Germany, and the Clintons. The rest of the positions are for his band of brothers that were willing to dump their honor for him and for his forgery experts. He will get France to write up a new Constitution for us and change the flag to one that he could salute. Then he would take all monies from anyone that did not contribute to his campaign fund to pay for his national health care dream. He would close such things as the VFW as being unAmerican and in violation of the New Soldier rules.

Our military will only be allowed to carry spit balls (deducted from their drastically cut paychecks) and will have to ask the UN for permission to exist.

Foreign policy will be easy as he will have the words 'we are not worthy' and 'we surrender' emblazened on the new flag. He would have the USOC push to have medal tossing as an Olympic sport.

And Botox for everyone!!!! We all wish to look like Lurch.

But on the brighter side, maybe with spitballs I'll finally be able to qualify on the M-16 range. A lot easier to "find" extra spitballs than bullets.

According to College mates, Kerry showed and expressed a desire to be President back in the mid-60s. What he does once he gets there (dreadful thought), he'll play by ear. Until then, he's for everything and against everything, whatever it takes to get there.

His "volunteering" for Swift boats seems to be right in line with that goal. He volunteered when they were in relatively safe operations. After training and their mission had been changed to something a bit more dangerous, he didn't remain long, but got the films and the claims to be the sole war hero of Vietnam.

He's an opportunist, plain and simple. He'll use anyone and anything to get his way.
