WAY TO GO MAN!

I made a SBVT sign using the logo at the top of this page and put it in the back window of my truck yesterday.

Yesterday was a weird day as I had taken off from work and had to drive several errands all over the city in which I drove about 80 miles total.

Many people saw my sign and many were pointing and talking to the people they were riding with about my sign.

The sign itself is about twice as tall as a bumper sticker and has the web address on the bottom. I used clear packing tape to seal it up and it's on the inside of the back window. It was printed using my HP inkjet printer.

Very simple and I think it will help get the word around.

On October 9th I am going to a large military style shoot in central Kentucky and I might even do something bigger than the first sign since I will be seen be even more people.

I think you did a great thing and i think one guy with a sign will motivate another guy or two to get their own sign and before you know it we'll have a rally.

Kinda like every journey begins with a single step, every rally begins with a single sign, every public outcry begins with a single voice.. K I'll stop here before I become to corny.

Great work!

You have guts Jim. Stay safe. I spent years commuting to various
jobs in Manhatten. Most people are reasonable but then there was the
time I helped a blind man across Park Ave. and when I reached the other
side of the street he twisted my arm and tried to rob me. (true Very Happy )

But I believe you have a unique polling technique

Good deal!

Makes me wish I lived in NYC to join you.

Heck I wasn't born til 1969, but you don't have to be a vet of the era in order to join in the hunt for the truth.

My family has had quite a few members in the military, if not for health problems I would have gone in to the Air Force with the aim towards being a Warthog jock.

Our veterans and military personnel give everything they have, even their lives to this country, how can we not defend their honor?

Jim_nyc, Don't ever question if you "would have had the guts". What your doing takes courage.
Thanks.

Oh man, you folks are being way to kind. This is not false modesty. Really, you’re being overly generous. Walking around mid-town with a sign maybe a lot of things but “courageous” is going a little over board. I felt more self conscious than threatened, really.

But thank you for the pats on the back and positive encouragement. I sincerely appreciate it. Thanks.

I just want to do something. There is so little time left. So I want what I do to be effective. We just had literally 100’s of thousands of protestors here so…one guy with a sign looks a little weak. There must be a better way.

Anyway, today I have been sending emails to all the talking heads which simply say
“When was Kerry discharged?”

Thanks again for your kind words.
