I couldn't believe my ears! What I heard was "...John Kennedy...! Either way, it's disrespect enough even if it was unintentional. I'd hate to smear the introducer but it's part of the justice Kerry deserved. |

LOL LOL LOL! I repeat. They introduced "John Kennedy" according to Hannity. I was in my car and heard the sound bite after the fact. _________________ '58 Airedale HMR(L)-261 VMO-2 |

tHEY just showed kerry's audience on the brit hume show... they're were
plenty of people there.... very full.... some with arms folded... one holding up his head with his hand.....
that even says more.... a full house.... and hardly any applause....
Kerry can't try to convince anyone that the Guard was 'called up' overnight and all flew out this morning!
a full house that sounded empty..... no smiles on Kerry's face....
hmmm..... think he's getting the message???? _________________ Stevie

OMG!!!!--Fox was just doing the story about Kerry's speech to the NG and they did pan the audience--There appeared to be thousands of people there, sitting very quietly--VERY quietly--
When they did a couple of close-up pans of the audience, some were positively glaring--
It was heartwarming, I tell ya--Just downright heartwarming--C _________________ “I haven’t seen anyone milk this much out of a bad boat ride since Gilligan” -- Dennis Miller |

Brit also had 3 soundbites from former Bush Guardmates....
all 3 not agreeing with Ms Secretary and Rather....
1 said Bush was much liked and admired.... 1 spoke on the physical and 1 on Bush being NOT awol....
oh wow, Garrett hot on the kerry in Paris stuff.... showing quotes of Kerry spinheads and then running clips of Kerry saying the opposite (back in 1970-71) and also statements by a historian (who found quote of kerry saying he went to Paris the 2nd time) who talked directly with brinkley about kerry's trips to Paris.... oh this is good!!! even talking about Kerry's status then and legality of his going to Paris... clip of John O!
you get 'em Major Garrett! _________________ Stevie

I loved when they panned the croud!! All the stern and not to happy faces were Priceless!!
If the DNC can use images of U.S. Soldiers in Battle with death and destruction all about them, perhaps someone could use his appearence today in one.
Insert some canned applause as he speaks, because he sure didn't get much more than a "Golf Clap" . _________________ U.S. Army 1983-1995, 11C1P/11H2P NBTDT |

They just had a pretty extended version on PBS News Hour. They showed the crowd several times. Pretty fair sized.
But i swear i've more activity from crowds at funerals.
It reminded me of a congregation listening to a very bad and very boring preacher.
Unresponsive would be accurate. _________________ said Democratic Chairman Terry McAuliffe. "It is inexcusable to mock service and sacrifice."
well, when even the DNC can see it,,,,, then kerry is toast. |

The President's speech at the NGA meeting is on the c-span site, now - maybe Kerry's will be there in the next couple of days?

I just finished watching PBS air Bush's speech before the National Guard Convention and Kerry's speech later.
I was struck by the enthusiastic applause given Pres. Bush several times and the TOTAL lack of any applause to Kerry' speech .
I'm sure PBS would have shown any applause to Kerry.
Keep up the good fight!!!! _________________ Keep A Zero Bubble! |

Ollie North just said on Hannity & Colmes hundreds walked out of Kerry's speech. I just saw Kerry give his hands clasped in prayer mumbo-jumbo when going on-stage at NG Convention. What a jerk.
This former ambassador Bill Harrup is a real loser. _________________ US Army Security Agency
