John will blame someone!

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said the Navy's correspondence confirms that Kerry has not been forthright in releasing his military files.

"It's written confirmation from the U.S. Navy that there are additional documents from Kerry's service record that have yet to be made publicly available," Fitton told CNSNews.com.

notice the difference in the 2 articles on how the Navy handles it...

they tell JD to ask Kerry / go to his website for his information....

is the NAVY giving special preference to KERRY?????

ALSO, I read a similar statement from Navy but they said they had 100 docs - now it's only 36? what happened to th difference???? shredded?

no discharge doc on kerry's site or in Navy file???? then I say he is AWOL!

Kerry has his discharge record!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In additional correspondence with Judicial Watch dated Sept. 15, the Navy stated that it did not have a copy of Kerry's Discharge Certificate (DD Form 256N), adding that the Navy did not keep files of the certificate in its records.

German wrote in a letter dated Sept. 15, "A copy of an honorable discharge certificate (DD256N) is not placed in the U.S. Navy Service record when issued."

Jerome Corsi, co-author of the best-selling book "Unfit for Command: Swift Boat Veterans Speak Out Against John Kerry," told CNSNews.com the he was "surprised" the Navy did not have a copy of Kerry's discharge file.

"That means [Kerry's] got it," Corsi said. "It goes against his contention that he has released everything that is in his possession, because certainly that form is in his possession."

what really disgusts me is the blatantly biased way that the Associated Press has been handling it, pouring enormous resources and giving extensive exposure to Bush's military record, while at the same time largely ignoring the military record of Kerry, a self-described war criminal and accused traitor!

"We released everything that they (the Navy) initially sent me," he added.
Kerry will blame the Navy on this.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The key here is as Corsi says; Kerry has his own discharge paperwork!

I haven't noticed anywhere that the AP has similarly sued to get Kerry's records.

Didn't know that's all it took.

Hey, csns.com or Brent Bozell, why don't you follow the AP'S suit re: Kerry's records and see if the judge will order DoD to release those, too?

As if we don't know in advance, hm? Confused

I wish Jerry Corsi wouldn't have said that. Kerry's discharge paperwork is on his website and it specifically states the Discharge Certificate was not issued. This only means either Kerry didn't request it or he was unavailable for them to present it to him.

He didn't sign one. He used an executive order to release the records.

A federal judges has ordered the Pentagon to release all of the Presidents record. If John Kerry says all his are released how come he don't issue the pentagon to release all of John Kerry's records.

Oh John 180 needs to be signed. The President has told them to release all of his.
