BRA-VO!
Dazed is very well done...Kerry makes himself look very foolish, and if I have a correct sense of the character behind Kerry's persona, this is bound to keep him awake with frustration and a dose of anger.
Watched it with my 11 year old daughter and asked her to tell me what she got from it. She nailed it perfectly "said he threw his medals away after he said he didn't, then he called himself a liar and was proud of what he did".
Pretty well understood for a child who's more interested in 'Sims' than politics.
Great sequence of ads!

Did they show it? I didn't see it but was distracted somewhat during the show. _________________ Deborah

Out of the mouths of a child. If a child can see it should not be that difficult for the adult voting population to understand it. Kerry cannot tell the truth.

The first time I watched the ad I was a bit disconcerted.
I've been current supporter on this site so I'm certainly biased.
-------------------------
I then watched the ad again and was captivated by the ad..
--------------------------------------------------------------------
The third viewing was the charm.

This ad will rock the networks and populace.!!!!!!!!!!! |

Hello Everyone,
This is my first post and I wanted to say thanks to all for the hard work involved in this truth telling campaign. My dear late father put his time in the service and got a purple heart and other awards. The last thing my father would ever do is bad mouth his brothers and sisters in the service. My fathers medals and the flag from his casket mean so much to me. When the Kerry news was on TV back in the 1971 (or about) my dad took me into the livingroom and explained to me that this guy was "selling out" his Country and his brothers and sisters. This guy was John Kerry. My dad told me then and there that this guy wants to be a politician. My dad was right, kerry had a plan even before he left to Nam. My dad said the last thing you want to do is "Lug weight" around (A Movie Camera) if you did not need to, and if he was going to "Lug weight" it would only be water, food and most important ammo.
Kerry Sold Us Out, I am getting 100's of votes for Bush in S. Florida, many Dems and Independents and new voters. We are going to win Florida again. _________________ My dear father, purple heart, loved his Country, God rest his Soul. I cherish his medals. |

Looks like Hannity will not be allowed to show the ad. I wonder if they are having a legal debate?
Think about this: If ABC tries to stop SwiftVets from running the ad and there is no legal reason why they cannot put the ad on TV the battle between Swiftees and ABC will create a big legal stink. And if there is a big legal stink, the TV shows will have to play it because the ad itself will become news. Then the OLD MEDIA will be directly crossing swords with Swiftees which will create another diversion for about a week that will keep Kerry from getting traction.
Another David and Goliath battle emerging?
And, the Swiftees can call for a boycott of ABC and ABC is scre**d just like CBS. I just love these little snits.,
That's clever. _________________ Nomorelies Make a donation HERE |

> Too edited. Looks fishy. Not convincing to her.
I've seen a conservative complain about that on
another forum.
The SBVFT site will need to put up a page with
the surrounding text, so that those interested
can see that it's all in context. I actually saw such
a page somewhere today, but can't find it now.
There's some chance that the Kerry campaign
may also complain about the "ransom note"
editting, but then that means they'd have to
openly discuss a SwiftBoat ad. What a shame. |

I converted the wmv file to a flash movie so anyone that hasn't been able to view it can do so here: http://www.4flamingos.com/dazed.html
I put controls on it too so you can advance or reverse it one frame at a time and capture some of Kerry's best expressions.

admin: If I shouldn't have done it someone just yell at me and I'll take it down. My thinking was, the more exposure the better.
Admin note: I am shocked...SHOCKED! that you would display such an image in this forum that anyone might obtain by accessing the link you have provided on the second line of this message. _________________ Deborah

I like the picture where it looks like Bush is throwing the ball and Kerry in the next picture is trying to catch it. |

I watched the ad numerous times, and it is fantastic.
The most destructive way to defeat a fool such as this, is to destroy him with his own words.
(Admin note: deleted content. Please refrain from insulting other posters here and from making derogatory comments about Democrats, in general. Many of the founders and signers to this organization are Democrats. EJ)
I hope that this add is drilled into many media sources, it needs to.
I also hope that in the last 2 weeks before the election, I hope that 2 more ads present themselves. Many replies to this thread brought up some really good points, and that issue with Paris sounds extremely damaging.
Great Ad, I hope ABC does object to it,,, that will give the ad wheels to travel to all media outlets, especially if the ad is highly contested.
The ads from swifties are in complete compliance against anything that moveon, moveonpac, or democrat.org has produced.
And now they are using images of soldiers sinking in the sand?
John kerry after the latest swift boat ad:
