Steve Z, what I could not find in the poll that can have a significant effect on the percentages is what is the percentage of Democrats to Republicans? Or how many Democrats were polled compared to Republicans? If this number is out of balance with the national averages, the poll can be off.

Ditto. My mom and dad would vote for Hitler if he was a Democrat.

Bush's support is not slipping significantly w/r/t Veterans. Go to www.polipundit.com and DJ explains how to read polls. If you are measuring movement w/r/t Veterans, you have to compare like poll to like poll.

The Fox poll is weighted towards democrats. Strange but true.

Do you think it could have anything to do with the showing of Fahrenhite 9/11 to our troops? Which is happening. Makes me sick, especially showing it to the troops in Iraq.

The sad truth is that the DVD versions of Farenheit 911 are being distributed to our troops in Iraq and some of the young soldiers are becoming confused over issues. It was reported in an AP story. There is definitely a move do distribute negative propoganda to the troops and they are too young to understand the lies, I'm afraid. The article said that many of the troops are turning against their Commander in Chief. And, that is exactly what Kerry wants--a military in disarray. It is a sad state of affairs. At one time I really believed in the meaning of "Treason" but it now seems that political correctness and free speech trump the national interest.
