BUSH: Let me—I‘m not exactly sure what you mean, “passes the global test,” you take preemptive action if you pass a global test.

My attitude is you take preemptive action in order to protect the American people, that you act in order to make this country secure.

I loved that line and I think it was deserved even if the talking heads think Bush was flustered.

Bush showed he will stay the line as he always has and he is protecting us even though there are mistakes being made.

Anyone who thinks that mistakes weren't made protecting America in other wars is sadly mistaken.

I think not. Our Commander in Chief doesn't have to ask anyone other than himself.

He (Kerry) supports a volunteer Army, "if and only if we can create the controls for it. You're going to have to prepare for the possibility of a national emergency, however." Kerry said that the United Nations should have control over most of our foreign military operations. "I'm an internationalist. I'd like to see our troops dispersed through the world only at the directive of the United Nations."

Well Kerry is consistent on some matters. He was in favor of UN control over American troop deployment then and he appears to favor it now. He is also in favor as he stated of the World Court jurisdiction over the US Military, and Bush oppossed it, and Kerry favored the Kyoto treaty? That is really scary.

This will be an item that should be jumped on by the Bush Campaign. "Kerry the internationalist and consistenly so"
