Regarding the 1st Presidential debate, the fact is that Kerry is infamous for flip-flopping on the issues. The man simply doesn't know the definition of the word resolute:
resˇoˇlute P Pronunciation Key (rz-lt, rz-lt)
adj.
Firm or determined; unwavering.
His statement was hypocritical.

Consider that strong, "resolute" and determined Kerry may also give the terrorists a 40 minute head start with respect to hunting them down and killing them:

Thats strange 
A while back didnt kerry mention something about punishing OSB, (IF) he was found guilty? What would be his sentence? death by old age?
