Months ago an e-mail with a picture was circulated that showed a North Vietnam war museum containing a memorial to John Kerry for the support he performed in helping them win the war in our Congress. Is this true?

(It's ironic that this younger JFK helped win the war in Vietnam for the communists that the first JFK started saying the communists must be contained. Now he says he is tough and will win the war on terrorism. (Like he did in Vietnam against the communists?))
