What the hell? This is a REPUBLICAN campaign office. Why the hell didn't they shoot back? _________________ "Today we did what we had to do. They counted on America to be passive. They counted wrong."~Ronald Reagan |

These are the same Leftwing brownshirts, radical leftists, who tried to intimidate professors and administrators at our colleges in the 70's. These are the same kinds of people -- undisciplined and intolerant of others' rights -- that Kerry associated with during his anti-war protest years. _________________ Ted Harwood, Ph.D.

This is happening every day now. I want to know why these aren't being prosecuted as hate crimes. I think the GOP should call for this. The law is much more far reaching and the penalties much harsher. Is it not a hate crime to attack somebody for their beliefs? Is this not what is happening here? |

Oh, how sweet it would be if these terrorists would visit the Bush HQ where I work as a volunteer. Oh, sweet and happy day!
I could demenstrate how one inserts a large bullhorn into a relatively small opening in a "protester". Perhaps LIVE! on national television. Yes, Mr. deMille, I am ready for my closeup.
I think I will email the AFL-CIO and suggest that there is a particularly obnoxious Bush volunteer (namely: *me*) that they really ought to come and intimidate.
That's the only problem with Texas--it just ain't battleground-y enough. We miss all the excitement. It's like being in the supply corps. |

I needed to get permission from my union friend before I posted this..but my friends, this is just the tip of the intimidation that is going on out there in the "heartland". My friend who is a member of the UAW was TOLD that if he did not put a Kerry sign on his lawn that he would be "fined" and " looked down upon" by the union. Also that they will check to see if he votes. My friend, and I swear this is the God's honest truth, was told at work also that they expect them to vote for Kerry, and they, and I quote, "will for Kerry, as their union brothers and sister's expect of them".
I am outraged, simply outraged. Can you imagine if the DNC had the same thing happen to them by say, oh, the NRA? Jesse Jackson would be crying about minorities being threatened, CNN would be demanding to know "what the Bush Administration knew and when did they know it"..I am not hearing much about this anywhere else except the blogs, internet..I am beyond rage. Please do not tell me not to be surprised..I am. After what happened today and the AFL-CIO stating that they indeed coordinated this..where is the outrage? What can be done...we can do this, we did this before..I for one will have my angry hands typing tonight!

Isn't a bullhorn heavy enough to kill someone if swung viciously?
I would, personally, be afraid for my life in a situation like that!
Kimmymac - You can come up to the great northwest, we are more than 'battlegroundy' enough. I will hold them, you can work the bullhorn. I sense a new Olympic event. |

GWB has to drop the gloves on Friday and get all over Johnny for this. He was behind the demostrations and violence during Vietnam and now he's doing it again.
Hold him responsible for this. Wake up those mall zombies watching the next debate. |

Over in a thread on Free Republic there are huge photos being mocked of the Wisconsin incident....to the very right of the photo is a camera crew/reporter from WISN-12 which was obviously tipped off in advance about this happening.
But the slant was there in the reporting..you know it, I know it, the American people know it....

The only way to do something about it is to go public and file a lawsuit against your union for discriminating against you. They know you won't do it because frankly, everybody needs to work and you and your family would be threatened with harm. The dems are sick. It's like Hitler is coming back. |

I agree with Kimmymac on that then again Texas is a concealed-carry state they would not shoot at the offices here!!!

Unfortunatly, your friend is probably right, where I work the President of the company, and some of his lower buddies tell us how to vote on certain things, and the way they come across is that if the "issue and/or party" doesn't win, you dont have a job.... |
