Quote:
Kerry then brought up the Winter Soldier project, which he described as "an investigation at which more than 150 honorably discharged, and many very highly decorated, veterans testified to war crimes committed in Southeast Asia."

What Kerry may not have known at the time, however, is that most of the participants in the so-called investigation, as later scholarship demonstrated, were not highly decorated veterans; in fact, many of them had never even been in Vietnam or in the U.S. military.

.....This is yet another claim to waste Kerry on. I think it's more likely that he did know - but didn't care becuse it suited his agenda.

First of all, it's obvious that John Kerry never saw any "cut off heads, etc" himself. So he should have question that bunk immediately.

Second, because by April 1971 Hubbard had been exposed by NBC as a fraud, and in November 1971 the FBI files report Kerry was accusing Hubbard of never having been to Vietnam.

Yet Kerry continues to speak on the behalf of a "fraudulent leader" well into 1972.

And didn't Kerry and Hubbard travel together at an even later date to a leftist millionaire's club to raise funds - where they were still showing their "cut off heads" baloney propaganda?

Another ad....

Gosh, I feel badly, I'd noticed the AP slant about a year ago and that almost all news outlets use their drivel for their lead stories. Even Fox online uses them for many of their lead stories. Wish I had pointed that out a long time ago. I thought every one knew it.

Sent off a letter to local paper yesterday asking if they had their own reporters and writers and if so, why did they use an obviously slanted article written by AP as their lead story. Gave them a copy of a very balanced synopsis of the debate written by someone at Fox (of course the AP article the paper headlined with was also the lead article on Fox, the other, balanced one was a secondary piece.). I cc'd almost everyone at Fox when I emailed it to the paper.

I really miss watching Brit and a few others on Fox. Gave up all MSM/TV when I pointed my satellite to Sky Angel. They are legally kinda limited on the realtime/secular news programs they can have. I refuse to watch the local alphabet channels (had to bear it to watch the first and second debate -- tried watching cspan online for the VP debate, may as well have turned on the radio for all the use the video stream was.)
